Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders or mail in orders.
We provide a reliable and secure passage for transaction data via a 128-bit Shared Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
Internet Protocol (IP) connection. To protect private information from being unscrupulously gathered, all credit card
information is encrypted when transferred to our site using the industry-standard 128-bit encryption.
An 9% sales tax is added to all orders shipped to an Alabama address. Orders shipped outside Alabama are tax exempt.
We currently ship orders only within the continental 48 states.
Shipping and handling cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order.

Orders generally take 1-3 business days for processing. You will be notified by e-mail with any unexpected delay.
We will gladly accept a return on any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and the original
tags remain attached. Simply send the item(s), along with the completed "Satisfaction Guarantee" form via
insured, prepaid U.S. mail or UPS to:

- * Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receipt.
- * Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- * All shipping charges on returned packages must be prepaid. COD's on return shipments will NOT be accepted.
- * The returned item(s) must be in unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with the manufacturer tags still attached.
- * If an item is returned that is not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept
- it for return, and we cannot guarantee it will be returned to you.
- * A credit, less the initial shipping charges, will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- * We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.
Returning an incorrect or defective item:
If an incorrect item is shipped or if an item is damaged; please let us know right away.
Call us 256-536-5367 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide the order number,
name and details on the item you ordered and received. We will ship the requested item promptly. Your credit card
will be charged for the second shipment, but once we receive the incorrect or damaged item, you will be credited
for the item and for shipping. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
